Having recently brought their creative operations predominantly in-house, they've recognised that having content managed and delivered in-house will give a greater output and an excellent variety to the successful applicant.

Operating in a b2b industry you'll plan, produce and deliver content for distribution to existing and prospective business customers. This could be in the form of emails, news broadcasts, collateral, social media posts or even used at events and roadshows. There'll be multiple internal stakeholders to manage and you'll need a personable, enthusiastic and driven approach to lead the transformation increasing content production as a lead channel for marketing and sales.

About You:

  • Experienced content marketer with in-house experience in a b2b organisation.
  • Gets satisfaction from leading change and transformation and enjoys fast-paced cultures.
  • Ideally previously been a sole content marketer or the first internal colleague in content.
  • Excellent written skills across different formats, styles and lengths.
  • Experience using content management systems and publishing web content.
  • Ability to adapt style and tone to suit different audiences and content formats.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Writing and creating a range of content across a range of formats.
  • Leading relationships with managers across the business to gain insight and content ideas.
  • Producing and editing thought leadership, product information and content led marketing pieces.
  • Briefing creative lead for visual assets alongside written content.
  • Working with agencies as required to continually produce new and engaging content.

Where You'll Be Based:

With flexible hybrid as standard you'll only need to be in the office twice per week. The office itself is in West Leeds and commutable by both car and train.
