In this role, you will serve as the primary internal sales contact for customers within your designated regions, focusing on nurturing existing relationships and providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to existing clients at every level.
  • Handle incoming sales calls
  • Follow up on quotes, enquiries and client correspondence
  • Coordinate client visits bookings, liaising with internal teams such as Business development and Marketing
  • Lead generation

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in client/account management or sales support
  • Come from a B2B sales background
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills with a courteous and professional approach
  • Comfortable interacting with senior management and key stakeholders
