- Provide a commercial point of contact for the portfolio of active UK Pharma and Nutra customers.
- Visit customers to cement relationships and develop new opportunities for existing products.
- Liaise with the Technical Team on supporting customer technical and regulatory enquiries.
- Investigate future trends to direct new formulation and presentation development.
- Support Customer Service teams with customer liaison.
- Attend industry exhibitions and training at suppliers.
- Customer service experience.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- A strong scientific background.
- Learning orientated mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel/Word).
- Full UK Driving License.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology or related field.
- Experience with Mintel.
- General regulatory landscape and relevance understanding.
- Experience in a similar account management role.
