- Lead digital strategy discussions and plans.
- Ensuring the delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Providing regular performance reports to clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends in the Media & Agency industry.
Profile
A successful Senior Digital Account Manager should have:
- Strong experience within a client services role.
- Previous experience managing multiple accounts across different sectors.
- Experience at a digital marketing agency
- The ability to pitch to prospective clients.
- Great understanding of multi-channels campaigns across SEO, Content & Paid Media.
- Proven experience in managing digital accounts and projects.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
