We’re looking for an Account Manager for an award winning Digital Marketing Agency based a mile from Leeds City Centre. As an Account Manager, you will work as part of the Client Services team and will take a client first approach, understanding that effective digital marketing needs great software, and vice versa.You will provide proactive account management for a broad range of clients, from start-up to PLC, across varying sectors and communicate technical web development and digital marketing requirements, both written and verbally.What you can also expect:

Does this sound like you? 
  • At least 2 years agency experience in managing client relationships for website development and digital marketing projects.
  • An understanding of proactive service delivery to ensure that all retained clients enjoy proactive support from an agency.
  • A demonstrable track record of growing client budgets across multiple digital channels.
  • The ability to write proposals and quotations for varying project types, from basic website design to large digital marketing projects.
  • A collaborative work ethic ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed where necessary.
  • An ability to contribute to comprehensive management information and work to KPI’s and contribute to the efficiency of our business.
  • A passion for processes, able to influence continual service improvement.
  • Ability to read Google Analytics data
