An exceptional and high performing Associate Architect is required to join the Leeds studio of a multiple award winning AJ100 Architectural Practice and become an integral part of their leadership team.

In this pivotal role, the Associate Architect will wield significant influence, contributing to the success of their complex large scale projects and be an inspirational team leader.

Design experience of the Associate Architect
Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in the design and successful delivery of large, complex construction projects within a Building Information Modelling (BIM) environment.
Demonstrate high-quality design skills, supported by a deep technical understanding, showcasing innovation and a passion for advancing the team's skills, knowledge, and expertise.
Proven track record of consistently delivering exceptional design outcomes and technical outputs in accordance with industry best practices.
Exposure to project work in the following sectors - Commercial, Indsutrial & Manufacturing, Off-site Modular, Leisure and the living sectors.
Very good Revit skills, and a good working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM Level 2.

Package for the Associate Architect
- Salary - 55,000-60,000 depending on suitability and experience
