Job Title: Project Architect

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a RIBA award-winning practice who have provided innovative designs across a range of sectors. They are on the lookout for a Project Architect to help manage and lead numerous major multidisciplined projects for their team based in Leeds.
To be successful in applying for the role of Project Architect, you will need to have relevant post RIBA part 3 qualification experience within a UK practice, as well as being able to demonstrate proficiency with Revit. The successful individual will ideally have strong experience working within the residential and commercial sector, whilst being registered with ARB and have good UK building regulations knowledge.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
- Completed your RIBA Part 3 qualification
- Good post qualification experience within a UK practice
- ARB registered
- Proficient with Revit
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- Good experience working across a broad range of sectors

- Excellent drawing and presentation skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Live locally within the Leeds area
