A well-established architectural practice renowned for delivering high-quality, innovative projects is seeking a talented Project Architect. With a diverse portfolio that spans residential, heritage, retail, commercial, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments, the team prioritises sustainable design and client-focused solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled project runner with expertise across all RIBA stages, strong Revit proficiency, and excellent communication skills. They should demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for technical and design excellence.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
- ARB registered with substantial years' worth of industry experience.
- Lead projects from concept through to completion.
- Oversee project coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure designs meet client requirements and technical standards.
- Manage site inspections and on-site project delivery.
- Handle budgets, timelines, and resource planning efficiently.
- Extensive experience running projects across all RIBA stages.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong technical detailing skills.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with building regulations and construction standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
