Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing architectural practice who operate on a nationwide basis, providing award-winning design services to the retail sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician as they have had an influx of projects for their Leeds studio.
To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technician, you will need to have significant experience as an Architectural Technician, managing and delivering projects predominately within the retail sector. The successful individual should be able to demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and have experience of job running from previous relevant roles.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree within Architecture
- Strong experience as an Architectural Technician for a UK practice
- Proficient with AutoCAD
- Revit proficiency would be desirable
- Job running experience
- Background working on projects within the retail sector
- Strong understanding of building materials, systems, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
- Successful background managing and delivering projects through to completion
