Your new companyYou will be working for a leading UK design and build developer based in Leeds. With over 30 years in the industry, this firm are experts in their field, offering innovative, people and planet focussed solutions. The office is highly sociable with on-site parking available.
Your new roleYou will be working in a team of Technologists and Architects on the design and delivery (all stages) of projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that designs are effectively implemented. Some site meetings will also be involved.
What you'll need to succeed
- This practice are looking for an Architectural Technologist with a degree in architectural or building technology and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- You will have an excellent knowledge of building construction and UK building regulations.
- You will be proficient in AutoCAD and able to regularly attend site visits.
