Our client is an independent construction and property consultancy, and with a team of over 1,000 professionals, they offer Cost Management and Project Management across the world. They are currently looking for a talented Associate Quantity Surveyor in Leeds to manage projects across a range of sectors including commercial, office, hotels, health and mixed used.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre- and post-contract cost management activities.
- Lead high-value projects from inception to completion.
- Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree qualified, preferably within a construction-related discipline.
- MRICS with up to 10 years post qualification experience
- Previous construction consultancy experience.
- Client-focused with a commitment to excellent service.
- Understanding of market issues and their impact.
- Business development experience
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior staff.
On offer for the Associate Director:
- Salary 70,000 - 75,000
- 27 days annual leave plus bank and public holidays
- 5% pension
