Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a Legal Cashier Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract, working for a Global Professional Services business based in Leeds City Centre.
As a Legal Cashier Administrator the purpose of the role is to assist with monitoring accounts and help inboxes, ensuring all emails are correctly allocated to internal teams and any queries and escalations are handled correctly.
Duties will include however not be limited to;
- Monitor the enquiries inbox
- Ensuring all emails are distributed to the relevant folders and sent the relevant locations
- Ensuring queries and escalations are handled correctly
- Reviewing remittances
- Coding and inputting invoices onto their internal systems
- Assisting the Legal Cashier's in ensuring all cash receipts received are processed accurately
- Providing a high standard of professional customer service to both internal staff and external clients with a high level of both written and verbal communication
- Ensuring compliance in line with the companies procedures
The successful candidate will have;
- Experience working with an Administrative position with Finance (it doesn't need to be legal cashiering - it can be Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control Administration etc)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience of working in a multi-currency environment - desirable
- The ability to deliver to deadlines
- The ability to organize and prioritise under a backlog situation
- Experience working successfully within a team environment
- Be able to commit to a 12 month fixed term contract minimum
Salary is £25,000
Monday to Friday with hybrid working (2 days in the office and 3 at home)
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
