Job Role:
The main role and responsibilities of the Sales and Account Manager is to manage and nurture an existing client base, ensuing customer accounts are serviced to the highest level whilst identifying opportunities to cross sell additional service. The Sales and Account Manager will also be responsible for identifying and canvassing for new business opportunities, building and managing a pipe of leads and converting them into new clients.
Duties:
- Actively prospect and qualify new leads in the construction sector to grow our customer base
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact through to contract signing and implementation
- Maintain and expand existing client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the product, engineering, and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing service
- Provide training and assistance to customers on the use of their security software and mobile applications
- Gather customer feedback to help inform product roadmap and enhancement planning
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Attending existing client meetings as well as arranging and attending sales meetings with prospective clients.
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a Sales or Account Management role is essential.
- Previous experience working within the Construction, Security of Technology industries is desirable.
- Must have a proven demonstrable track record within Sales and Account Management.
- Previous experience using CRM and Sales Automation software.
- Must be a strong communicator who can build relationships at all levels.
- A bachelor’s degree within Business or Marketing is desirable.
