Located at Thorpe Park Business Park in Leeds, the office is easily accessible from the M621 and is equipped with excellent public transport links and free on-site parking. As the company continues to expand, they are on the lookout for a motivated Permanent Billings Associate to join their dedicated Billing Department.

  • Oversee timely billing processes for all active sites within the portfolio.
  • Respond to complex account and billing queries from customers and other teams.
  • Investigate and identify root causes of any billing issues effectively.
  • Manage day-to-day processes efficiently and follow up on deadlines.
  • Coordinate actions required for unbilled and ready to final bill reports.
  • Maintain high billing standards to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Resolve internal and external queries surrounding problematic invoices.
  • Desirable knowledge of utility billing processes in the energy industry.

You will need:-

  • Able to manage conflicting priorities and high workloads during busy periods.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong numeracy skills, high attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • A pro-active self-starter with excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Capability to recognise and escalate potential risks to the firm.
