The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Finance Administrator to join our growing Finance Team. This position involves managing key financial processes and providing administrative support across the organisation. You'll ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, helping to maintain the financial health of the company. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and manage the finance system (Xero)
  • Ensure all supplier invoices are entered accurately into the system
  • Manage accounts receivables and payables
  • Handle various finance-related administrative tasks
  • Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
  • Process employee and volunteer expense claims
  • Set up payment plans for clients and issue sales invoices
Reports To: Finance Manager

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days + Bank holidays + Christmas closedown + 1 extra day per year as a loyalty bonus
