Description
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices
- Manual processing of invoices as well as using Sage Intact systems
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with any invoice queries and discrepancies
- Working in a high volume, busy environment
- Maintaining the accounts payable inbox
Profile
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will:
Have experience in a similar role - essential
Have working knowledge of Sage - desirable
Job Offer
£24,000 - £27,000 per annum + on site parking + close to the local train station + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + birthday off + excellent training + annual bonus programme
