Thrive Personnel are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our clients dynamic team on the FMCG production line. The role is essential in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth operations.
Assemble, package, and label products according to company standards.
Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Report any equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if necessary.
