We’re seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to enhance a growing service line. You'll provide expert transfer pricing advice across diverse industries, focusing on international entrepreneurial clients. Key Responsibilities:• Lead and manage transfer pricing projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.• Provide technical expertise on UK transfer pricing legislation and international tax principles.• Advise on intellectual property transactions, DEMPE analysis, and business restructuring.• Support business development, assisting with proposals and new work streams.• Mentor and develop junior team members.
About You:• Several years’ post-qualification experience in transfer pricing.• Strong project management and leadership skills.• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.• Qualified (ACA/CTA/ADIT/law or equivalent).
