Business Development Executive (Field Based)

Salary: 25k - 28k with Commission
Earn up to 50K in your first year!
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

We are representing a successful and well-established company wanting to expand their team in a friendly and active team based in Bradford. Working alongside incredible corporations such dealing within the waste management industry in a sales driven environment, working with experts who are trained and experienced in the Waste Management industry.

Our client is looking for an ambitious, confident, passionate and driven people, who are looking to be trained and developed their sales experience and progress their careers within a supportive, and encouraging company.

The Key Duties of the Business Development Manager:
* Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
* Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
* Inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting business owners and directors
* of qualified prospective contacts, to secure online meetings/presentations for our Business Development Executives.
* Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality meetings.
* Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives

The Key Skills of the Business Development Manager:
* Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.
* Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.
* Develop New Business accounts and Up/Cross Selling Skills.
* The ability to work on your own initiative.
* Customer service and rapport building skills.
* 2 years of Field Sales experience and Face to Face sales experience
