Role Overview
As Business Development Partner, you will:
- Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, contracts, and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and areas for expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, and NGOs.
- Lead proposal and bid writing, ensuring a high success rate in securing new opportunities.
- Collaborate across internal teams to align business development initiatives with organisational goals.
- Represent the organisation at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
- Monitor KPIs and business development performance, reporting insights to leadership.
Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a results-driven professional with:? Proven experience in business development, income generation, or partnership management.? Strong understanding of the social care sector, funding mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.? Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.? Strategic thinking ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.? Experience in grant funding, contract bidding, and commercial growth strategies.? High level of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
