Team Coordinator

We're excited to announce a prime opportunity for a dynamic, full-time, permanent Team Coordinator to join a global, corporate engineering organisation in Leeds, following an internal promotion. We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide strong and proactive support to a large team across five offices.This pivotal role will significantly impact the team's operations and client engagement.

As the 'go-to' person for the team, including some of the leaders, your efforts will help colleagues produce quality deliverables and ensure smooth operations.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Providing administrative support for project activities, including high-profile projects and routine tasks

- Collaborating with project, business development, and marketing teams on bids and documentation

- Managing tasks like spreadsheets, invoicing, meeting room bookings, AV setup, minute-taking, and action tracking

- Utilising Excel, proofreading documents, fixing reports, and booking training courses, travel, and accommodation for the team

- Conducting research, attending meetings, taking notes, handling expenses, and booking meeting rooms

The successful Team Coordinator will have:

- A smart appearance, bright and proactive nature

- Strong IT, MS Office, and keyboard skills with previous experience in a similar role

- The ability to handle multiple requests efficiently, with a professional yet friendly demeanour

- Approachability and a 'can-do' attitude, excellent at managing time and priorities, and adept at using initiative and problem-solving

- Familiar with or open to using AI and new technologies to enhance efficiency
