Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Repairs & Maintenance Manager to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Leeds.
What the job will be doing
- Lead and manage repairs, maintenance and assets team
- Responsive repairs and planned investment
- Ensure delivery of housing management services meeting customer expectations, regulatory standards, legislation and organisations financial & service delivery targets
- Management of stock condition surveys
What you will need
- Experience in managing a team and multiple years of experience in similar position
- Track record of delivering repairs & maintenance for residential properties
- Experience in budget prep and manging
