We are currently working with a reputable and independant Facilities & Asset Management Consultancy, to recruit a Graduate Data Consultant to work out of the Leeds office

Main Duties

As a boutique consultancy, you will be expected to engage with any tasks and projects appropriate to your skills and level. However your main role and responsibilities will focus on providing specialist knowledge and support on all projects involving CAFM systems.

This could include:

  • Running reports on helpdesk outputs
  • Interrogating PPM and remedial task activity
  • Auditing / detailed task analysis
  • CAFM resets and supporting activities (upload/cleansing of data)
  • Paymech integration and Service Failure Point deduction calculations
  • Producing written reports to explain the findings of your work to a wide audience
  • You will provide facilities management consultancy support to clients, adhering to best industry practices and processes and procedures.

Ideal experience:

  • Knowledge of how to interrogate a data system, auditing tasks and records to check accuracy, or a project/data role within a similar industry
  • Good working knowledge of MS software, particularly Excel, and the ability to work with large data sets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to summarise analytical output and technical content for a wide audience.
  • The ability to self-manage and to produce high-quality, accurate analytical work

Experience - Desirable

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience of working within PFI projects
  • Experience of calculating contractual payment mechanisms in conjunction with the CAFM system
