Page Group are delighted to be working with a long standing client who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Team Leader to join them at their Leeds Head Office

Description

  • Direct management and daily leadership of a small customer service function of 5fte
  • Provide the team with regular guidance, leadership and training, giving individuals the knowledge and tools to be successful in their roles
  • Manage and assign workload across the team to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in like with customer expectations
  • Take ownership of escalated customer issues with a view to resolve in a timely manor with minimum impact to the customer
  • Contribute to the customer service strategy and share best practise with colleagues and SLT
  • Drive KPI & SLA performance across the operation, taking corrective action where required
  • Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to improve all touch-points across the customer journey

Profile

  • Experience managing a Customer Service / Order processing team
  • Strong customer focus
  • SAP experience (desirable)
  • Ability to drive performance across a team
  • Strong attention to detail
