Description

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex ER issues.
  • Ensure ER policies and procedures are compliant with UK employment law.
  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on strategic projects.
  • Implement training and development programmes for ER matters.
  • Report on ER trends and recommend improvements.
  • Manage and motivate a team of ER Advisors.

Profile

A successful Lead ER Advisor should have:

  • Substantial experience in Employee Relations within the Business Services industry.
