Pay Rate: £15.11/hour (weekly paid)
Hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday night to Friday night (circa 45 hours per week)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV/LGV Class 2 Driver for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for regular, ongoing work with the potential for a temp-to-perm arrangement.
The role involves:
- Conducting vehicle checks and loading at the Leeds depot.
- Trunking to Ashby for unloading and assisting with load scanning.
- Returning to Leeds to unload into designated routes.
- Completing final checks to ensure compliance and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Licence: HGV/LGV Class 2 entitlement.
- Qualifications: Valid Driver CPC and Tachograph card.
- Driving Record: Maximum of 6 minor penalty points; no convictions due to insurance restrictions.
- Screening: Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check due to the nature of the role.
