Gi Group are working in partnership with one of the most trusted and successful parcel delivery business, who currently have an exciting opportunity multiple drivers to join their team as a self-employed driver.
Location: Leeds
Pay rate - 117 per day (Paid weekly) - With a 5 per day performance bonus available
Hours of work:
(Apply online only) - 5 days from 7 (Min 1 weekend working per month)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Training: Full training will be given (Over 12 days)
Self-Employed Driver Responsibilities include:
* Loading of vehicle each morning
* High volume deliveries following 3-week onboarding process
* "Job and knock" - paid day rate
* Adhering to standard work processes at all times
* New Mercedes Automatic & Manual Sprinter van provided fully insured
Self-Employed Driver Requirements:
* A full and valid B Driving licence
* A maximum of 6 points on your licence
* A minimum of 1 year's driving is essential
* Driving licence must be in current home address.
* We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative
* We are looking for someone with good people skills that are helpful and friendly
* You must be physically fit and be able to manually load parcels into a van (up to 25kg)
* You must be able to provide various documents for identity checks
