Job Title: Gaming Supervisor

Location: Leeds City Centre

Salary: £13.50 p/h + on average £250 p/m tips

Full-time or part-time

Overview:

The Gaming Supervisor at our client's casino is responsible for overseeing multiple gaming tables, ensuring compliance, coaching dealers, and proactively resolving customer disputes. This role requires a minimum of four years' experience in table supervision and a Personal Functional Licence (PFL).

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage multiple tables and game types, ensuring compliance with business expectations
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive service culture
Coach and develop dealers to enhance gaming efficiency and professionalism
Ensure game protection by identifying and reporting suspicious activity and major play actions
Handle first-level dispute resolution and proactively address potential issues
Monitor customer play levels and identify high-value players
Oversee and conduct gaming transactions accurately and in line with company procedures
Maintain compliance with gaming legislation, responsible gaming policies, anti-money laundering, data protection, and health & safety regulations
Deputise for the Pit Boss as required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Be part of a 24/7 operation; flexibility required for shifts, including nights and weekends
Minimum of 4 years' experience in table gaming supervision
Personal Functional Licence (PFL) holder
Advanced proficiency in all available casino games
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff effectively
Strong understanding of gaming legislation and company policies
