- Work under the guidance of the Head Chef and guide kitchen staff to prepare quality dishes.
- Maintain excellent organisation within the kitchen and adhere to food safety standards.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients, assisting with stock rotation and storage.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to learn
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Some experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, though full training will be provided
