Client Details

Our client are an industry specialist within the security and building products sector. Due to recent growth they are looking for an Account Management Team Leader to join them at their offices on the Outskirts of Leeds.

This role has 2 key areas of focus:

  • Account Management - actively manage existing customer accounts
  • Team Leader - directly manage an internal team of 5fte to support existing customers

Description

Account Management

  • Actively manage a number of existing accounts only
  • Encourage cross sell and upsell opportunities across existing customers
  • Drive service levels across existing customers
  • Drive a sales through service model

Team Leader

  • Direct people management of 5fte within a customer service / internal sales team
  • Ensure customer orders are processed within agreed timescales
  • Ensure exceptional service is provided throughout all interactions
  • Provide the team with regular training, development and 1-2-1's

Profile

  • Experience managing existing customer accounts
  • People management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
