- Breadth of experience across online and print channels.
- Experience managing budgets across paid advertising on paid social, PPC or other advertising channels online or offline.
- Highly personable to quickly establish internal relationships and engage managers across the business with marketing and invested in the development of your own direct report.
- Commercially strong for regularly presenting reports, metrics and plans for marketing activity.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Creating and leading marketing strategy covering social media, email, website management, print, events, PR and more.
- Identifying most suitable channels to drive awareness, engagement and leads.
- Continually communicating to existing customers and driving engagement, loyalty and retention.
- Co-ordinating across the business to understand where and how marketing can add additional value and support.
- Measuring, analysing and reporting on marketing campaigns, results and performance.
