- Support sales reps in negotiating supplier pricing.
- Identify leads for the Telesales team to target.
- Solid understanding of the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to phone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Ability to work to KPIs and meet goals
- Driving is advantageous due to location, but not essential
