Area Sales Manager- roofing membranes

Area:M62 Corridor

• This is a field sales / home based role.
• The successful Area Sales Manager will sell roof-line and waterproofing. systems products.
• All of your time will be spent selling into roofing surveyors, main contractors and sub-contractors.
• This is an established area with strong long standing relationships in place.
• As Area Sales Manager, you will be required to generate demand with contractors and develop long term relationships moving forward.
• You will work closely with the specification team and ensure that once project has been awarded to to a Main Contractor by the Architect you are tracking the sale through to completion.
• You will use your organisational skills to build and manage a pipeline of projects.
