Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new clients needing bespoke eLearning/ LMS.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious targets.
- Stay ahead of trends, analyse competitors, and spot market gaps.
- Understand client challenges and present the ideal solution.
- Prepare persuasive presentations that showcase our expertise.
- Partner with marketing to design impactful lead-generation initiatives.
- Track progress, report on goals, and ensure CRM systems are up to date.
- Gather market feedback to enhance sales strategies and offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success selling Software as a Service (SaaS).
- Strong sales methodology training i.e. Meddic
- Experience within B2B sales, ideally in HR, training or eLearning/ LMS.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a knack for building strong client relationships.
- Market knowledge and proficiency in CRM systems.
- Resilience, adaptability, and excellent time management.
