Business Development Manager Remote – UK £55-70k + Commission

About the RoleAs a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business growth. Your mission will be to identify opportunities, build strong relationships, and position the organisation as the go-to provider for tailored training solutions. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you’ll craft and implement strategies that attract clients, expand reach, and secure lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new clients needing bespoke eLearning/ LMS.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet ambitious targets.
  • Stay ahead of trends, analyse competitors, and spot market gaps.
  • Understand client challenges and present the ideal solution.
  • Prepare persuasive presentations that showcase our expertise.
  • Partner with marketing to design impactful lead-generation initiatives.
  • Track progress, report on goals, and ensure CRM systems are up to date.
  • Gather market feedback to enhance sales strategies and offerings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success selling Software as a Service (SaaS).
  • Strong sales methodology training i.e. Meddic
  • Experience within B2B sales, ideally in HR, training or eLearning/ LMS.
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a knack for building strong client relationships.
  • Market knowledge and proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and excellent time management.
