Our client, a West Yorkshire-based FMCG company, is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to come join the business and work across multiple channels. If you have strong experience in commercial strategy, business negotiations, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager:* Build and deliver robust business plans to meet budgeted internal and external and external targets. * Regular business/category reviews with primary customer contacts. * Maintain all strategic customer planning documentation and manage forecasting.* Maximising omni channel opportunities to support sustainable growth.* Development of customer related specific plans that cover specific goals and tactics for range, merchandising, promotions, pricing and implementing cost price increases. * Customer analysis to execute business plans.
Experience of a Business Development Manager:* A Background in FMCG.* Experience in account/channel management.* Previous experience working with Ocado or Amazon is preferred but not essential.* IT literate and highly numerate. * Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Skills and attributes:* Driven with a "can-do" mentality.* Proven negotiating and influencing skills.* A proactive individual with a passion for FMCG.
