- Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaign activities that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely campaign delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise marketing activity to maximise ROI.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to plan and report on marketing activity.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep the business's marketing ahead of the curve.
- Multi-channel campaign planning: print and digital, events.
- Content creation: Case studies, news articles, social media posts, emails.
- Web content management: Experience with CMS (WordPress is desirable).
- Email Marketing: Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Adobe Creative Suite: Basic understanding of InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong time-management and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A team player—flexible and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems e.g. Salesforce
- Understanding of GoogleAds and paid social media.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and present actionable insights.
