Campaign Marketing ManagerOur client, a provider of Total Fleet Solutions since 2000, are at  an exciting time of growth and innovation. As a forward-thinking company, they deliver tailored safety solutions and bespoke van conversions to clients nationwide. They are now seeking a Campaign Marketing Manager to join their marketing team and help drive their multi-channel marketing strategy forward. Reporting to the Head of Marketing this position would suit a candidate with 5+ years’ experience in a similar role for a b2b company. Campaign Marketing Manager - The Role
  • Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaign activities that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely campaign delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise marketing activity to maximise ROI.
  • Work closely with sales and technical teams to plan and report on marketing activity.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices to keep the business's marketing ahead of the curve.
Campaign Marketing Manager - Essential Skills/Key Attributes
  • Multi-channel campaign planning: print and digital, events.
  • Content creation: Case studies, news articles, social media posts, emails.
  • Web content management: Experience with CMS (WordPress is desirable).
  • Email Marketing: Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar platforms.
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Basic understanding of InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Strong time-management and organisational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A team player—flexible and ready to learn in a fast-paced environment
Campaign Marketing Manager - Desirable Skills
