  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of mid-tier customers, fostering strong relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support sales targets by proactively engaging with existing customers, assessing their training requirements, and securing renewals and additional purchases.
  • Engage with non-renewing customers to identify obstacles, provide tailored solutions, and transition them to a subscription model to enhance long-term retention.
  • Qualify and respond to inbound business inquiries, guiding potential customers through the sales process to secure new revenue opportunities.
