TSR are currently recruiting a New Homes Marketing Manager to join a leading, 5-star housebuilder based in the Leeds area. This is a brand-new role in which you will be responsible for all marketing for the Eastern Region as well as overseeing the marketing coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business and make your mark.

You are responsible for:

  • Management and maintenance of the brand within guidelines
  • Help in the achievement of sales outputs
  • Assist the Regional Sales Director achieve all sales targets
  • Deliver all activity on time and within budget
  • Develop marketing plans for all business areas
  • Delivery of marketing strategy, planning and monitoring results
  • Support and assist senior managers and teams across the whole company in a marketing capacity to help them achieve their key objectives via bespoke marketing plans, tactical campaign implementation and advice on investment needed
  • To deliver all marketing activity and sales arenas on time and within the agreed budget
  • Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing activity with a view to brand awareness, customer satisfaction, sales achieved and value for money

 

Duties:

 

  • Responsible for developing and managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers including media buyers, design, print, event management, PR and web based services.
  • Deliver all marketing and communications to support the needs of all business streams and functions as necessary through the implementation of strategies to promote our region and brand.
  • Liaise with all departments, including Operations, HR, Health and Safety, Work Winning, to develop a clear communications strategy for promoting all aspects of the business, that would provide direction for awards to target, gaining industry recognition, promote CSR activities, and support recruitment activity.
  • Manage the marketing budgets striving for best return on investment from marketing activities.
  • Responsibility for the promotion of the region using social media and digital activity ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Management, maintenance and updating of digital activity including websites, e-marketing, SEO and social media.
  • Develop marketing strategies to assist the Regional Sales Director/Field Sales Manager's with reaching sales targets using for full online/offline promotional mix including, advertising, email campaigns, direct mail, website, exhibitions and social media.
  • Collate, update and monitor the competition activity for the region.
  • Assist Regional Sales Director/Field Sales Manager with the market appraisal process, conducting market research for land opportunities.
  • Work with Field Sales Managers to co-ordinate the launch of new developments in the region in accordance with the Lovell Partnerships Marketing Procedures Manual. Including development of the show homes interior designers brief, POS materials for the marketing suites and monitoring timescales to coordinate launch campaigns in time with progress on site. 
  • Collate all technical information and plans and drawing dimensions prior to submission to the Brochure Publisher.  Ensure at all times that data supplied is accurate and correct, paying particular attention to plans and dimensions.  Commissioning publishing of all Brochures in accordance with Lovell Homes Brochure Guidelines in a consistent manner that reflects the integrity of the Lovell brand.  Ensure Brochure availability for the opening of all new developments.
  • Maintain consistency, quality and fit of all signage including co-ordinating all directional signage and corporate signage to all Marketing Suites and complexes.  This will include liaising and obtaining necessary signage permissions from Local Authorities.
  • Ensure all Marketing Suites and Show Homes are presented and maintained to the highest standards, in accordance with the Company's corporate identity policy and Marketing Procedures Manual.
  • Interpretation and reporting of marketing and on-line web activity, CRM statistics and google analytics to ensure value for money in advertising spend.
