The Role:As a National Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing key retail and wholesale accounts. Whether you’re an experienced Senior National Account Manager or an ambitious National Account Executive, there’s a place for you to make an impact. This is a great opportunity for someone with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to drive sales growth and build lasting relationships with top retailers. You’ll work closely with a tight knit team, who have both an entrepreneurial and driven approach, where creativity and initiative are encouraged.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day relationships with key retail and wholesale clients.
  • Drive sales through relationship management, negotiating terms, cost prices, and JBPs.
  • Manage promotional activities and identify new ranging opportunities.
  • Collaborate across supply chain, export planning, and activity planning.
  • Analyse data from Kantar, Nielsen, and customer reports to drive strategy.
  • Handle customer queries, from availability to complaints, with confidence and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:

  • You thrive on chasing new leads and turning opportunities into success.
  • Commercially Savvy: A strong understanding of the UK retail landscape, P&L, JBPs, and forecasting.
  • Proven experience negotiating with large UK retailers.
  • Comfortable analysing data to inform key decisions.
  • Independent and Adaptable: In a small team, you’ll need to take ownership and be proactive, with the freedom to shape your role.
