Our client, a leading West Yorkshire-based FMCG company, is recruiting for a Product Manager to manage the current product portfolio of their sub-category. If you have a background in product-based marketing within the FMCG sector, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities of a Product Manager:* Manage product renovation and innovation projects in-line with brand ambitions and commercial objectives. * Create long-term product innovation pipelines for your sub-category of responsibility that deliver on brand ambitions and consumer needs.* Understand all competitor activity and action appropriate responses to develop and protect the brand portfolio within your sub-category.* Working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, category and net revenue. * Support sales and category in the product sell in materials for the listings and launch of new products.* Represent the brand in brand plans and account meetings for retailers.

Experience required for the role of Product Manager:* 2 years minimum marketing experience within a branded environment. * Previous experience working within the FMCG sector.* Strong Excel and numerical abilities.* Comfortable working within complex international multi-* stakeholder environments* Project management and leadership skills.

Skills and attributes:* Self-motivated and drive.* Career motivated.* Good attention to detail. * A logical but creative approach to problem-solving.
