Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing Inbound Leads - you'll be conducting video consultations with customers that have already enquired online and have a genuine interest in purchasing the product.
  • Working Towards Targets - you'll be targeted on how many consultations you complete and will be aiming to convert 50% of leads into customers.
  • Professionalism - Maintain a professional and persuasive approach to maximise sales opportunities and represent the brand.

What are they looking for?

  • Work Ethic - this won't be your typical 9-5 role. There will be days where you'll be expected to come in early, and sometimes stay a little bit later. The hours won't be for everybody, but if you're wanting to earn a lot of commission, you'll be someone that wants to put the hours in.
  • Sales Experience - it's essential that you have some previous experience in sales. This could be jewellery sales, car sales or even in a call centre - any previous of experience of working to targets.
  • Presentation Skills - as you'll be representing the brand over video call, they want people who are presentable, articulate and confident.
  • Motivation & Drive - They're looking for people to come in and take advantage of their commission structure and people who will go above & beyond.
