Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their leading consultancy that provides environmental, sustainability and compliance services to the construction industry. The firm have built up an excellent reputation in the construction sector and work on a wide range of projects.
Sales Manager Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar sales role
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Full UK driving licence
- Computer Literate E.g., CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics
- Team management experience
- Experience within construction, property, or similar sector (Desirable)
Sales Manager Duties:
- Train and mentor the team to ensure targets are met
- Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the team to determine areas for learning and improvement
- Set targets for the team and help plan how the team will measure success
- Create a positive atmosphere in the team and motivate through celebrating success, rewards, and activities
- Utilise the CRM to manage performance in the team and analyse the performance data
- Liaise and collaborate with the estimating and operational teams
