Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the MEP Project team to design mechanical systems that meet client requirements and project objectives.
- Conduct mechanical system design, analysis, and calculations using industry-standard software.
- Prepare and review detailed mechanical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Participate in site visits and assessments to ensure designs align with project goals and industry standards.
- Assist in project management, including budget tracking and schedule management.
- Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to apply best practices.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, particularly in building services or related industries.
- Proficiency in mechanical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and codes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient design practices (desirable).
