Are you an experienced Civil Engineer looking for your next challenge? We’re hiring on behalf of a top tier main contractor for a Sub Agent to oversee the successful delivery of projects within the Yorkshire Water framework.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for managing small civil engineering and construction sites or supporting larger projects to ensure on-time, high-quality, and safe delivery. Key duties include:
- Site Management: Oversee project programmes, supervise teams, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- HSEQ Compliance: Promote best practices, maintain site safety, and manage documentation.
- Cost Control: Monitor project costs, drive efficiencies, and ensure accurate records.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with customers, suppliers, and site teams to achieve project success.
What You Need:
- Experience in civil engineering and NEC contract management
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, design management, and cost control
- CSCS & SMSTS or SSSTSÂ cards (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
- A degree or HNC in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Water sector experience (desirable)
