Building Surveyor

Conrad Consulting are delighted to be supporting a growing, independent construction consultancy in their search for a talented Building Surveyor to be based in their Leeds office. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work on a range of projects across from the Residential, Education, Industrial, Commercial, Retail and Healthcare sectors.

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

• BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree
• 2+ year's construction consultancy experience is essential for this role
• Working towards RICS chartership and a desire to achieve in the future
• Good communication skills
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

On offer for the Building Surveyor:

• A starting salary of between 30,000 and 35,000 depending on experience
• 25 days annual leave with the option to buy and sell holidays
