The Role for the Building Surveyor:
As a Building Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality surveying services, including:
- Managing Party Wall Awards and fulfilling Principal Designer/CDM responsibilities.
- Preparing cost estimates, dilapidation schedules, and overseeing negotiations.
- Conducting building surveys for various purposes and ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act.
- Submitting planning and building control applications.
- Leading Contract Administration, primarily under JCT contract types.
What We're Looking for from the Building Surveyor:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Building Surveying with 2+ years' experience.
- Strong communication skills, enabling you to confidently engage with a range of clients.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and a understanding of building regulations.
