The Role for the Building Surveyor:

As a Building Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality surveying services, including:

  • Managing Party Wall Awards and fulfilling Principal Designer/CDM responsibilities.
  • Preparing cost estimates, dilapidation schedules, and overseeing negotiations.
  • Conducting building surveys for various purposes and ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act.
  • Submitting planning and building control applications.
  • Leading Contract Administration, primarily under JCT contract types.

What We're Looking for from the Building Surveyor:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Building Surveying with 2+ years' experience.
