The role involves assisting with complex projects, managing small projects, and technical design responsibilities, including using fire engineering software.
The position offers a salary range of £40,000 to £45,000, with opportunities for career development and support towards achieving chartership status.

The Fire Engineer

As the fire engineer you will be expected to:

Assist with complex projects across varying stages of project lifecycle
Manage small projects of your own
Technical design engineering responsibilities - smoke control, CFD, evacuation etc.
Use of fire engineering software such as CFAST, Pyrotism
Ensure projects are delivered on time
Provide the most ethical and financial solutions to building/ fire safety.

The Fire Engineer Qualifications

It is desirable to have any of the following:

Engineering or fire related BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng
AIFE / AIFireE
