We are looking for a Business Development Director to join our clients rapidly growing Technology division to drive the sales division.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Director with our client, you will operatee in a 180-degree sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting and SDR-generated leads.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Conduct meetings with senior stakeholders, build rapport, understand client needs, present value-based solutions, and close deals.
  • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, expanding their proposition and creating lasting revenue streams.
  • Collaborative Team Work: Work alongside the delivery team and other areas of the business to support clients and win deals, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Client Success: Support project delivery and work closely with Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction, addressing any risks or issues promptly.

  • Strong presentation skills, both online and face-to-face.
