The RoleWe’re working on behalf of a leading full-service digital marketing agency to find a visionary Digital Creative Director for their Leeds office. With over 25 years of heritage in data-driven marketing and a reputation for delivering award-winning creative work, this agency is looking for a dynamic leader to steer their digital creative output across a portfolio of high-profile, household-name clients.
As Digital Creative Director, you’ll champion a truly integrated approach — blending insight-driven strategy with digital innovation to craft compelling campaigns that connect, convert, and drive impact. This is a unique opportunity to elevate an already-strong creative offer by harnessing cutting-edge data science, collaborating across departments, and setting a new benchmark for creative effectiveness.
You’ll lead a talented team of creatives, strategists, and digital specialists while playing a key role in shaping the agency’s digital vision and client success.
Skills and ExperienceWe're looking for someone who lives and breathes digital — an innovator who thrives in fast-paced environments and can marry creativity with commercial nous. You should have:
- Proven experience in a senior digital creative leadership role, ideally within an agency setting
- A compelling portfolio that demonstrates strategic thinking, creative excellence, and digital innovation
- Strong understanding of digital platforms including social, paid/organic media, UX/UI, ECRM, content marketing, and performance-led creative
- Confidence working across a broad range of digital outputs - from campaign ideation through to execution
- Natural leadership qualities: able to inspire, guide, and grow high-performing creative and activation teams
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills, both internally and client-facing
- A future-focused mindset — curious, collaborative, and always up to date with the latest trends and technologies
- Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar
