- Create weekly plans for lead generation activity, ensuring it aligns with relevant pipeline needs.
- Managing each lead with a solution focussed approach.
- Establish strong, trustworthy relationships with potential clients.
- Actioning and managing hot inbound leads via email, telephone and website.
- Ensure warm leads are followed up with in the correct timeframe.
- Perform cold contacts using sales tools such as LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
- Managing leads that require more in-depth qualification and progression.
- Be the company representative at both online and in person market events, taking a proactive approach to introductions to potential clients/decision makers.
- Management of sales data via the internal system.
- Collaborate with other teams in the business to provide market insight and campaign feedback.
- Work with other members of the sales and marketing team to create effective lead generation/sales plans.
- Be able to speak fluent French both written and verbal (essential).
- Previous experience of working in a sales environment (sales administration, account management, business development).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to manage and organise an ever changing workload and meet deadlines.
- Have a proactive, “hunter” approach to lead generation and progression.
